Refund Policy – Soft Twilight Soap
All sales are final. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our handcrafted soap and skincare products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed or delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match what you ordered, please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery at abigailguzman25j@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item(s) in question. We will assess each situation on a case-by-case basis and, where applicable, provide a replacement at no charge.
